Headaches! But Milan Won!

|Listening to: Dream A Little Dream - Vicky Moi

Headache worsened last night. Didn't know why... sure, the smoke in this browsing center could kill just about anyone, but I think I've got myself immunised somehow.
Anyway, I didn't hang around here yesterday - went out and circled around my second home: Ciputra Mall!
Not that it's the coolest place in town or anything, especially with this long weekend - screaming children and their clueless parents cluttering all over the place. But it's very close and I needed to get out.

Sure enough. I couldn't barely enter the goddamn mall. But well, it's extended holiday, so I decided to get on with the spirit.
I wandered without purpose for a while and got lost within the crazy salespeople trying to sell their product. (There was some kind of bazaar going on.) I stopped over at the NewsStand, where they sold old import magazines, but there's just too many people about!

It's much more peaceful at the CD store. They're playing Enigma! And the old songs too. Probably the manager's around. I doubt if those blank-faced assistants even know Enigma.
Down the recommended lists were Clay (who else?), and these two CDs I'd love to have: The Immersion of Jazzy Moods (or something to that effect) and this CD calling itself Best Love Songs or something. (Am not great with details!)
Immersion has some of the songs I really, really like: Kiss From A Rose, Unforgettable, Have I Told You Lately and a bunch of others I cannot remember now because at the time I was trying to read all of them, they suddenly played this very loud, screechy song!
Best Love Song has the above song, Dream A Little Dream, and other songs from its era, and I just love those songs.

Anyway, headache isn't going anywhere. Sigh. So I bid you goodbye, people, until next time. Forza Milan! We won!!!

|Listening to: Butterfly - Crazy Town

Some stuff for a little cheers: Liverpool won over MU last weekend. (Viva Gerrard!) They haven't been very good this season and this is some consolation. (I imagine my professor, Bobon - big fan of the Anfield people - has been shaking his head all season. Here's something to smile about, Prof!)
By the way, Soccerage lists Liverpool's Polish keeper as Jurek Dudek. What the hell...?
Arsenal is up for Premier's title. At least, one of my teams there. Madrid's at their worst, not so much as losing it altogether but the uncertainty... it's always the uncertainty that is the worst of geniouses.
Milan's on their way but Roma can still catch up anytime.

Anyway, SOCCER tabloid, thank you. I saw - borrowing from the newsstand guy, as always - that they placed Javier Zanetti (Inter) as one of their Best Eleven. Usually people just overlook the fact that Inter plays its best when Zanetti's given some control over the ball.
Others of my fave that are there: Joaquin (Betis), Zidane (Madrid) and Henry (Arsenal).

Term report isn't due yet. I wish they would just get on with it. I haven't got time to visit campus every other day just to check. Works piling up and my headaches had gone even worst these days. (HEADACHES, campus people! Aren't you guys familiar with the expression "A bear with a sore head"?)

Ah, there's always Indonesian Idol. I've found myself looking forward to Fridays. It used to be Saturdays, for Clay, but although the name's somewhat similar ("Idol") the reasons difinitely aren't!

News about Ambon is, I noticed, a little more balanced this time. By the way, my fave reporter is on location: Bayu (I'm not sure about his last name: Sutiyono, is it?) Take care, there.
Latest report said that the condition has slowly turned to normal but that's what they'd always said before. Let's just hope the news is right this time.

When is Mi Gorda Bella going to end? Unlike other telenovelas, the story hadn't stretched too far that you can't keep up with it but still... we're ready to move on, OK.? Anyway, I've fallen more for Aquiles than I did for Orestes, tee hee. Aquiles is so much cuter nowadays: luv, luv, luv.
And it should change the title into Mi Delgado Bella. After all, Orestes is calling Valentina/Bella "Thin" now!
